Work With Us
We work with a carefully chosen telephone fundraising agency called QTS Fundraising to carry out our telephone fundraising.
QTS is a UK-based agency that specialises in charity fundraising, with a strong commitment to raising funds to support those affected by chest, heart, and stroke conditions.
If QTS contacts you on behalf of Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, they will use the phone number 07458 122 809.
If you miss a call from QTS and ring the number back, you will hear an automated message telling you who called.
Telephone fundraising is an essential way for us to raise funds, helping to ensure that everyone affected by chest, heart, stroke and long covid conditions receives the support they need.
These calls also allow us to share more about the vital work we do and how your support makes a difference.
We do not use telemarketing for cold calls.
If you wish to raise a concern about being contacted by phone, we will ensure you are not called again.
QTS will only contact you between 10am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am – 5.30pm on Saturdays – Sunday.
They will never call you on, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, or Easter Monday.
If a fundraiser calls and doesn’t reach you, they will make up to two more attempts to contact you. These calls will be spread out unless a specific time has been requested for a callback.
If you would prefer not to be contacted by phone, please call our fundraising team on 0131 225 6963 or email fundraising@chss.org.uk to update your preferences.
Alternatively, if you do receive a call from the number mentioned above, you can let the fundraiser know that you do not wish to receive future calls from Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
QTS will respect your wishes and stop calling you.
Supporter can call back a missed call from 07458 122 809 and leave a message they do not want to be contacted and we will take them off the calling list
Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and our telephone fundraising agency are committed to protecting your data. Your information is transferred securely, and QTS will only keep your data until the end of the specific campaign you were contacted for.
All calls made by QTS are recorded. This allows us to monitor the calls made on our behalf and address any concerns our supporters may have.
QTS will store call recordings for one year.
