If you can spare any time, we have lots of different volunteering roles across Scotland to suit everyone.
Whether you’re leaving school and looking to gain work experience, you are retired and want to give back to your local community, or are somewhere in between, we’d love to have you on our volunteering team!

Our network of 140+ Peer Support Groups across Scotland provide a chance for people to learn more about their conditions, socialise and speak to others who understand what they’re going through.
