Work With Us
Our Volunteer Engagement Survey last year gave us lots to celebrate with 100% of you recommending volunteering at CHSS to family and friends and 94% of you considering your motivations for volunteering to have been met.
Whilst we’re really pleased with the positive feedback, the survey has also been a great opportunity to understand where we need to develop our work to provide the best possible experience for all.
Since the launch of the survey in March 2023, we have held focus groups and consultations to understand some of the results in more depth and have been working hard to address your feedback.
We look forward to putting together our Volunteer Engagement Survey for 2024, keep an eye out soon for the link to the survey.
Only 55% of you reported having regular support and development meetings with your manager. Ensuring that support & development and volunteer meetings are held regularly is a priority for the Volunteering team.
We have…
75% of you felt there are sufficient Learning & Development opportunities for your role.
Several of you felt that there was more we could do to communicate the role of the senior leadership at CHSS, including the Board of Trustees.
If you have any feedback or questions, please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] or speak to your Volunteer Line Manager.
