Choose between 1, 2 or 3 Peaks!
This one-day adventure will take you through some of the most breathtaking natural beauty Scotland has to offer. You’ll be led by an experienced team of mountaineers, who will guide you through the bonnie summits of Ben Narnain, Ben Ime, and the Cobbler.
This challenge is perfect for those new to the walking scene, as well as experienced hill walkers. The CHSS team will be with you every step of the way, from supporting you with your fundraising and training, to being onsite to ensure you have the best experience possible.
We welcome everyone to join us on this life-changing day. Whether you’re an individual looking to make new friends, or a group of friends, family, or colleagues looking for an adventure of a lifetime, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll be meeting in Arrochar in the morning before setting off on this adventure, which is expected to take no more than 8 hours.
So what are you waiting for? Join us today for this iconic challenge and experience the beauty of Scotland like never before!

The amazing 3 Peaks will take in Ben Narnain, Ben Ime, and The Cobbler. It will cover 11 miles with a total of 6,250 feet gained.
This challenge is aimed at experienced hill walkers with a very good level of fitness.
The 2 Peaks option will include both Ben Narnain and The Cobbler. This is still a challenging option for those with a good level of fitness and a good level of experience of hill walking.
This takes in 8 miles of walking with a total of 4,330 feet gained. It is the same route as above with Ben Ime excluded.
Conquer The Cobbler, one of the most famous, and iconic hills in Scotland! We will use the main path to both reach the top and then return. With no rocky sections this is a relatively straightforward and safe option for those without as much experience of hill walking.
The 1 peak route involves 6 miles of walking on, at times, rough terrain with 2,919 feet gained so a good level of fitness is required.
Sponsorship: We ask entrants to raise a minimum of £200 sponsorship for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. For our part, we will provide all the support you need to help you meet and beat your fundraising goal.
Accessibility: The 1 peak route involves 6 miles of walking on, at times, rough terrain with 2,919 feet gained so a good level of fitness is required.
You can choose to change your mind of which route you’d like to walk on the day.
Whatever option you chose to take on you should have at least a good level of fitness. You must also be comfortable walking on rough terrain.
Routes will be marked and there will be Mountain Leaders on the route to ensure the safety of participants.
For 1 peak, some walk training is recommended, but most people will be able to do it with some determination. For 3 peaks you should have a reasonable amount of past walking experience or have undertaken some training. You do not need to be an expert hill walker but when signing up you are committing to training and getting ready for the challenge.
It’s unlikely you will be able to complete all 3 peaks if you have not taken on some walk training. A suggested training plan will be provided on registration.
Age restrictions: All children and young people (under 18) are very welcome but must be accompanied on all routes by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
What we provide: We’ll provide a suggested training plan and kit list once you’ve registered.
Fill out the form below to register your interest in the event, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible once new event details are confirmed. Thank you for your support!
Tim had a stroke at the age of 36 which completely changed his life forever.
“I suffered three strokes within three days. My wife and children watched me have a stroke right in front of them.”
“Thankfully I survived, but from that point on my battle to recover began. The stroke left me with left-sided paralysis. I couldn’t do anything for myself. Part of my head was missing, and I was a mess.”
“It was hard to accept that I had come so close to leaving my family and friends. But I didn’t. I survived.”
“The time when you leave hospital can be the most lonely, isolating and difficult of times. Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is there to make sure no one has to recover alone. But the work the charity does is only possible thanks to you. Your support means everything.”
If you need any support to make your fantastic fundraising ideas really fly, we’re here to help!
