Work With Us
We can accept a wide range of products, far beyond what you might typically think of for a charity shop! Any unwanted stock you have, no matter how big or how small can has the power to transform lives in Scotland, supporting people living with chest, heart, stroke, and Long Covid conditions. By donating, you’re not just making a difference for others—you’re also helping to reduce waste.
It can be expensive to store products, especially over long periods of time. The more you have in stock, the more staff you may have to employ to manage the stockroom. Donating items you can no longer sell will clear your shelves, free up valuable storage space for new items, and keep your costs down.
Simply record the value of any donated stock as a charitable donation, not as sales and this will automatically give you full tax relief on the value of the donated goods. Remember to consult with a tax professional or accountant to ensure you’re following all the necessary steps for claiming tax relief on your charitable donations.
Changing customer values demand business contributes to a more sustainable and equitable world through ethical practice and positive social impact. Joining our circular clothing campaign will have the dual effect of improving your public image and enhancing your standing with employees. Our campaign can save you money and improve your business connections, too.
Languishing stock increases the risk of clutter, heavily laden shelves & unstable piles of boxes. This can pose risks to the health and safety of yourself, your staff and your building. A tidy well-ordered warehouse or store room is a safer one.
According to research, a predicted 235 millions items of clothing are expected to end up in UK landfill this year. And not just clothing. Every item that can be reused and donated to charity can make a real difference to our environment.
Our Retail team is on hand to offer you bespoke solutions, and with our network of vans and stores up and down the country we can offer free collections across Scotland. Your items will be sold throughout our 40 stores across Scotland, or via our online shop and eBay store so no item will be left unloved! With our campaign, not only will you be helping the environment, but you’ll be supporting our work.
