Work With Us
Our Movement Matters Programme has been set up to support people to get active and connect with others. CHSS will provide a range of intensity options from chair to circuits based activity.
We are delighted to offer virtual sessions and face to face physical activity sessions in our venue at the Maryhill Hub. Get Started
Our sessions are only ever delivered by suitably qualified health and exercise professionals. On completing the referral form one of our team will review the information and then be in touch within 14 days. Please note list of exclusion criteria below.
The sessions will typically last between 30 and 60 minutes and will be at a level suitable for the participant.
The instructors will offer progressions and will also provide the participants with handy hints and tips throughout of how you can keep moving at home throughout the week.
Virtual Sessions
To take part in the session, you will need comfortable clothing, a drink of water and access to any essential medications (e.g. GTN Spray or Inhaler) and access to a laptop/ tablet/ PC with a camera and microphone. For details of the sessions please contact [email protected]
Maryhill Hub Sessions
If you are taking part in the new face to face sessions then please come to the sessions wearing comfortable clothing, a drink of water and access to any essential medications (e.g. GTN Spray or Inhaler).
Please note referral form must be completed in advance.

*There may be instances where it is appropriate to take part in low intensity physical activity should the individual have had sufficient investigations and been cleared by the HCP to take part.
