The Researchers are developing a new way to make returning home for people after stroke a better experience. They would like to learn from your experiences. This would involve coming to Dundee on Tuesday 1 October.
They would like you to tell them how to improve experiences of going home after a stroke. You would talk with other stroke survivors and some health professionals. This will help them to understand what was good and what could be better about your experiences. They will use that information to develop new ways to improve services. All travel costs will be covered.
