We achieved the Investing in Volunteers Award for the fifth time! 16 March 2023 We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the Investing in Volunteers Award for the fifth time, making us the second organisation to achieve this level in Scotland! Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do and vital in our efforts to make sure there’s no life half lived in Scotland. It’s really important to us that our incredible volunteers, who give the gift of their time every day to help others, feel appreciated and supported throughout their time volunteering with CHSS. Achieving this award highlights just how valuable our volunteers are to the work we’re doing, recognises the support that we provide to make sure our volunteers have a fantastic volunteering experience and celebrates the incredible contribution they make towards the success of the charity.
