Ravenscraig Burns Club donates £2000 to Charity Following Closure 17 August 2023 Kind-hearted members of the former Ravenscraig Burns Club in Motherwell have donated £2000 to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland support those living with chest, heart, and stroke conditions to live their lives to the full. The club started 41 years ago and, in its heyday, had 250 members, making it the second biggest Burns club in Scotland. Sadly, the club recently closed down, however the members were keen to put the remaining funds towards good causes including donating £2000 to Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. Donations like these allow us to support all those living with chest, heart and stroke conditions across Scotland to live their lives to the full.
