Location Denny Old Parish Church, Duke Street, FK6 6DB
Time Every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm (moderate to higher intensity) & every Friday from 11am-12noon (moderate to lower intensity)
Activities Exercise led by a qualified physiotherapist, with a social element (completion of cardiac rehab, or permission from HCP to take part is required & all members are to complete a PARQ form)
Membership Open to anyone with a heart condition or anyone wanting to exercise safely
