If you – or someone you know – is impacted by chest, heart or stroke conditions or Long Covid we’re here for you. Our calls support people living with a health condition and their family members and carers.
Our Kindness Volunteers are here to provide regular Kindness Calls, offering a chat and a friendly listening ear.

One of our Kindness Coordinators will be in touch (usually within 5 working days) and we’ll discuss the next steps to matching you with a Kindness Volunteer. We offer regular calls to people in Scotland aged 16 years and over to make social connections.
