If you – or someone you know – is impacted by chest, heart or stroke conditions or Long Covid we’re here for you. Our calls support people living with a health condition and their family members and carers.
Our Kindness Volunteers are here to provide regular Kindness Calls, offering a chat and a friendly listening ear.
Fill out the form above to let us know how we can help you. One of our Kindness Coordinators will be in touch (usually within 5 working days) and we’ll discuss the next steps to matching you with a Kindness Volunteer. We offer regular calls to people in Scotland aged 16 years and over to make social connections.
For any questions and enquiries please email adviceline@chss.org.uk.
Support people living with our conditions to increase social contact by providing a short call once per week, at a time that suits you, from your home.
We’ve developed our Kindness Calls to support Urdu and Punjabi speakers and increased our offer of translated Health Information resources in Community Languages.
